The Lodge has a superb, hand-built decking and balconey area. The house is positioned just 20m from the Lough shore, and is easily accessed, yet positioned away from main roads and traffic.

There are four bedrooms, sleeping up to eight people. The master bedroom leads directly onto the balconey, where there are superb views of Upper Lough Erne. Two twin bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a further downstairs double bedroom, are finished with a delightful modern feel.

The open plan living room / kitchen / diner leads directly onto the decking, and has a natural stone tiled floor. The fully fitted kitchen includes all the necessities for a delightful stay. A utility room just off the hall, contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house has a total of three W/C, shower-rooms. Downstairs there is a shower room and toilet, while upstairs there is a shower over bath with toilet. The en-suite, off the master bedroom, consists of a shower and toilet.

Scenic views of the Lough. The first picture is taken from the balconey, while the panoramics are taken from the Lough shore, just a stone's throw from the house.
